Kingsview Child Care Has experienced Resource Consultants who are Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE) to provide specialized support to licensed childcare centres across the City of Toronto. They work with the City of Toronto “Every Child Belongs'“initiative, which promotes inclusive Child Care environments where all children can participate, learn and thrive.
Guided by Every Child Belongs Initiative
Through Kingsview Child Care mission and the third-party Consultation Services, Resource Consultants help ensure that children’s individual needs are recognized and supported within the childcare setting. The goal is not only to support children directly but also to strengthen the overall environment by empowering the educators and families who work with them each day.
Collaboration with Educators and Families
Families and childcare staff are supported through a collaborative process that focuses on communication, problem-solving, and ongoing coaching. Consultants work alongside educators within the childcare environment to observe, discuss development goals, and implement practical strategies that support inclusion and positive growth for all children.
Expertise in Early Childhood Development
Resource Consultants are trained in key areas of early childhood development, including child development, communication, socialization, motor development, and behaviour guidance. This specialized knowledge allows them to provide meaningful strategies and guidance that help childcare teams respond effectively to the diverse needs of the children in their care.
